Jim Todd joined the B.L. Anderson team in 1986. As our tech support manager, he has expertise in start up, operations, and maintenance for any B.L. Anderson supplied equipment such as SCADA systems start-up and maintenance, chlorine/sulfur dioxide start-up and maintenance, instrumentation start-up and maintenance, integration support for all water and waste water products, and troubleshooting of legacy products.

Bob has been with B.L. Anderson for 2 years and brings with him over 30 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in customer service r and after-market services. Jim Grudzinski has been with B.L. Anderson for 17 years. His previous experience in the industry, combined with a degree in electrical engineering technology from Purdue, make him an excellent customer service manager. Jim has great familiarity and expertise in the water treatment industry, and has provided service for over 350 Indiana treatment facilities. He has been factory trained and has field experience working with a number of different products and manufacturers, including:

Jim has been with B.L. Anderson for 23 years. His areas of expertise are SCADA, VFDs, electric actuators, and flow monitoring. He has degrees in both electrical engineering technology and applied science: electrical technology.

Randy Phares has worked with B.L. Anderson for over 8 years and is an expert in Rotork equipment, control panels, PLC & HMI equipment, UV systems, Siemens instrumentation, and Kaeser and APG-Neuros blowers. He earned his Bachelor's in electrical engineering technology from Purdue University. In order to remain on the cutting edge of technology in the fluid processing industry, Randy has obtained the following credentials and certifications:
Dave Halicki has been with B.L. Anderson for 3 years, specializing in pneumatic control systems and pumps and piping systems. He has extensive prior experience in product design and manufacturing for pneumatic control and automation equipment. This, coupled with a degree in mechanical engineering technology from Purdue University, make him a valued member of the B.L. Anderson team.

Shawn March has over 22 years of combined experience in environmental systems, industrial motion control, electronic repair, technical support, applications and sales. He earned his degree in electrical engineering technology from ITT Technical Institute and joined B.L. Anderson in 2002. As a B.L. Anderson field technical specialist, Shawn is ready to help any environmental processing plant in Indiana with its technical and engineering needs.
